how time flies. been 1 wk since i came back from genting. n to think that 40 over days before the departure, we were counting down and now, i'm back for 1 wk already. was a really great great trip. went to 2 places that i had never been before. the mushroom farm and the chin swee temple. scenery was fantastic at the temple. air was much fresher than at the hotel because of the lack of vehicles. really enjoyed the trip very much. and now that the trip is over, christmas is also over. time really flies past so quickly indeed. back in nov when i started listening to xmas songs, ppl are saying its still so long away, 1 month plus away. now, xmas is over. another 365 days before xmas is here again. xmas is great this year. was at the countdown on xmas eve, as usual. went for CCIS - Celebrate Christmas In Singapore, today. orchard road was closed from 1pm to 1am. concert today was nice. floats were ok, not tat fantastic. last year's float was nicer. but the atmosphere was great. prob will volunteer for CCIS 2008 next year. well, i got to wait patiently already. but again, time flies so it prob will be here again pretty soon. alrite then.. to all, merry xmas and a happy new year.

its the holidays. supposedly holidays. but there are so many things to be done. 2 research projects and 1 fyp. there goes my dec holidays. its the christmas festive season. orchard is so beautiful. christmas spirit and the magical feeling is so strong there. the shopping malls are filled with so many christmas decorations, toys, gifts and cards. taka has its own christmas bags and wrapping service, as like the previous years. there is the christmas toy fair and christmas trim shop at taka square. metro has its own christmas trim shop at paragon. so does robinsons at centrepoint and raffles city. its just so beautiful, cozy and warm despite the cold rainy weather these past few days. the beautiful snow flake and crystal lightings theme of prince noel searching for princess ballerina lining the entire stretch of orchard road. so many places to go and things to do. wanted to fully just enjoy all these sights, the christmas mood, the many many beautiful malls from bugis to city hall to orchard to tanglin. wish i can just spend at least 1 entire day, immersing myself in the christmas mood, the magical feeling, christmas shopping all the way, without any worries. but alas, i'm not sure if i can do so.. so many projects to be done. and the dec holidays are coming to an end very very soon. christmas is only 2 wks away. exactly 2 wks.. not sure if i can finish all my work and have at least 1 day to fully spend outside, without having to think of work. few days left.. got to put in more time to get all the stupid work done. then i can really enjoy christmas, whatever is left of it... i must make it happen.... christmas cant be ruined by the stupid work not done.. no way am i gonna let that happen..
