today was the last day with sneha. time flies. been more than a yr since i've been helping her. joshi n family had been treating me well, been very very nice the past 1 yr. they'll be flying to the states on 1 july for their new life. was a touching farewell today. wrote me a touching card. cant send them off on 1 july cos of in camp training. sigh. can only wish them all the best.

as the title says it, i'm welcoming 2 of my very good friends back from abroad. jignesh came back on mon. its not permanently. he's leaving in a month's time. but at least i can to see him and catch up with him again. known him since sec 1. many funny n memorable incidents along the way. going to be another few more years before he finish his studies. at that time, not sure if he is going to come back to spore for good for work overseas. miss him when he's gone. all his crap and jokes, all his actions which makes one cant stand him at times, the humour way of course. he's a good friend and a great pal to have, a friend i will treasure for life...
next up is chenghao, my ns platoon sergeant. as i type, he is on the way to the airport now. will see him on sat, the way of our csm's wedding dinner. he's coming back for good. dont know if he will be able to join us back in 428sar. hopefully he can. but if he cant, we can still meet up now that he is back.

this will just be a short post after a long time of no updates. finished my last exam in nus on mon. 1 last final fyp presentation to go before i am done with all academic stuff in nus. did not have extreme happiness and excitment feeling when the "time's up. please stop writing." announcement was made on mon. feeling i had was sad. sad because instead of going out to celebrate, i had to go to my grandmother's funeral wake. she had a long and good life. 85 years of age and a great grandmother. she was laid to rest yesterday. missed her pretty much. esp my childhood days when we used to go to her house every sunday. now she's gone to a better place. will miss you ah ma. rest in peace.
